FAQ
!!! You have to make sure that your mobile is compatible with our services It is very important that your mobile is configured to receive WAP messages (you must have internet on your mobile)!!!

1. Is my mobile compatible?

To find out if your mobile model is compatible with our services, please refer to our compatible mobile listing under the product that you are trying to download ( graphics , ringtones , games ). Your mobile model can be found on your battery (see picture), your brand can be found on the case and your operator appears on your bill.

* The model can often be found on the mobile, on the box or in the manual.

2. How do I download?

Once you have clicked on a product that interests you, a pop-up appears. Although it can be changed, your country is already set. From there, you simply select your operator, your phone model (see above), click on save and continue and select your payment method (SMS, Telephone).

3. How will I receive the content (graphics, ringtones, games)?

All products are sent through WAP (wireless application protocol) via an Internet network. Your mobile has to be configured to receive WAP messages. Although most recent phone models are automatically configured to receive WAP messages, you can very easily find out if it is by phoning or looking on your phone carrier's website. This step only has to be done once.

4. And after the download?

You should receive an SMS (text message), with a WAP link, within the next 30 minutes (it can take a little longer). From there, depending on your phone model, you either need to click on the link, click on the option go to or, for older phone models, retype the address. Once this is done, you simply save the product on your mobile and enjoy! Although it varies from one model to the next, ringtones, graphics and games are usually added in folders like "medias", "ringtones" or "downloads".
* Please note that everything described in this paragraph has to be done from your mobile and it is impossible to download from your PC.

5. What is a Text Message (SMS)?

This method of payment let you get the service on your phone just by using your phone. You have to send the SMS (text message) to specific short number.

To make it possible you have to know how the messages are set on you phone. Please refer to your user manual to have more information. Basically, you have to send the 4 digit number as the message itself, and the number you have to send it to is indicated on the website.

WAP* is required to download second or third generation content because sending them by SMS is impossible; as content, they are too large to be contained in the traditional SMS limit of 160 characters. If you presently are not WAP capable, you can get this service by contacting your telephone operator.
WAP*: (Wireless Apllication Protocol) Internet access from a mobile telephone.
